Why a Home Inspection?

Specifically, the purpose of a home inspection is to give you a better understanding of the current physical condition of the home.  This is done with a visual inspection of the home and its systems, from foundation to roof.  A home inspection typically takes 2-4 hrs., or longer, depending on the size of the home.  Upon completion of the inspection you will receive a  written report on the systems and components inspected, items not operating, major concerns, and potential safety hazards.
